PROBE Facilitator Training Course, Geneva Switzerland
By the end of this two-day course, participants will be familiar with the PROBE methodology, and will have practiced facilitating PROBE assessments. They will be equipped to use the new ‘Lite’ version of PSB, and the longer-established ‘Advanced’ version. They will have had previews of the forthcoming ‘Standard’ version, which will complete the PSB suite; and the ‘Core’ PROBE tool
which will provide a more general business assessment, incorporating sustainability as an integral component of a broad vision of ‘business excellence’.

Participant profile
- Experienced business advisor
- Background in facilitating/leading groups
- Good analytical/systems thinking skills
- Laptop running Windows XP, Vista or 7 – please bring it to the training course!
- Detailed skills/experience/knowledge profile available; please provide CV in advance
- Broad familiarity with sustainability issues is helpful, but support to broaden knowledge can be provided
- Knowledge of Framework for Strategic Sustainable Development (‘The Natural Step Framework’) is required
- – 3 hour eLearning module can be provided as pre-course prep if you are not familiar with FSSD; further support signposted as appropriate
