Simon Harvey

Simon is a sustainability specialist and accomplished change agent with broad experience in both the business and local government sectors.  He is a director of BusinessLAB, a strategic planning consultancy that assists organisations set and achieve strategic goals that enhance competitive advantage and capture the opportunities of corporate responsibility. 

Som of his recent clients using the Natural Step approach include Sovereign Insurance, Les Mills International, Les Mills New Zealand, Sarah Trotman & Associates, Bizzone, Auckland Council, Nelson City Council, Hastings District Council, Manukau City Council and healthAlliance.

Simon runs a number of specialised business training courses throughout New Zealand in collaboration with Otago Polytechnic and local economic development agencies.

Simon trained as a lawyer and practised as a barrister for 10 years in the commercial law field. He puts that training to good use in enabling his clients to consider and achieve strategic outcomes within sustainable constraints of ecomomic, social and environmental circumstances.
