Major Announcement -- New Interim CEO

The Natural Step is very pleased to announce that we have appointed Peter Price-Thomas as Interim CEO of The Natural Step Global Network, effective immediately. Peter will be working on a contract basis over the next six months, based in the UK. Peter’s mandate will be to finalize the transition of TNSI from its current licensee-based organizational structure to a new membership-based “TNS Global Network”, which has been underway for some time.

Peter is already familiar to many within The Natural Step network, having held senior roles with The Natural Step and Forum for the Future over the past decade. One of The Natural Step’s most senior and experienced advisors, Peter has participated in many leading sustainability projects with organizations such as Givaudan, Crest Nicholson, Carillion, ICI Paints, Nike, Interface and Prêt a Manger. He has been a leading innovator of sustainability tools, including the prize winning Streamlined Life Cycle Assessment, and facilitator of over 150 TNS workshops.

We at TNS feel that this is a very exciting development that will provide real leadership and energy to accelerate the completion of our important transition. Peter and the TNSI team will be providing an update on the transition process shortly via Stepping Stones. Stay tuned.
