We're hiring an E-Communications Coordinator (Ottawa, Canada)

We're looking for someone who is web- and tech-savvy... and loves it!

Reporting to the Manager of Communications, the E-Communications Coordinator will manage and support all areas of The Natural Step Canada's e-communications, including our web site, social media portals, multimedia, earned media, and e-newsletter. At times the coordinator may also be asked to support the Manager of Communications or other team members on other tasks.

• Position Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
• Start Date: August 3, 2010
• Type: Internship, full-time, 4 months (potential to extend internship and/or make the position permanent full-time after completion)
• Salary Range: $12.00/hour

This position is made possible through a grant from YMCA’s Youth Eco Internship Program (YEIP). To meet the terms of the internship grant, candidates must be:

• Between the ages of 15 and 30
• Unemployed
• A Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or a person to whom refugee protection has been granted under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
• A high school graduate (can have some or no post‐secondary, but cannot have graduated from a post‐secondary institution)
