The Natural Step Canada at the Federation of Canadian Municipalities Sustainable Communities Conference (Victoria, BC)
Join The Natural Step Canada at the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) Sustainable Communities Conference from February 8-10, in beautiful Victoria, BC. Along with many of our closest community partners and clients, John Purkis (who is based in Ottawa) and Alexandre Magnin (who is based in Victoria) from our Sustainable Communities Program team will be in attendance.
If you plan to attend, we encourage you to visit our booth to learn about our Sustainable Communities Program. Through our unique suite of advisory, coaching, training, and process facilitation services, we can help your community make transformational changes toward sustainability. The communities we work with consistently win sustainability awards and honours in Canada and around the world. Yours can, too!

About the Sustainable Communities Conference
Change is a constant in our world and happens at an ever-increasing pace. Cities and communities must adapt to ongoing changes in their natural, economic, political, social and cultural environments. A willingness to embrace new behaviours, technology, business models and governance is essential for a municipality to move towards sustainability.
As our understanding of sustainability evolves, municipalities and their local partners are leading the way. Municipalities are taking innovative, integrated approaches to reduce environmental impacts, build social cohesion, and create economic opportunities in their communities.
Whether your community is just starting on a sustainability path or has already seen the changes that a sustainable approach creates, the Sustainable Communities Conference is an opportunity to share your experience and learn from peers. Come to embrace change for the better!
