How does one create dialogue that leads to change?  This webinar is designed to help change agents such as yourself communicate sustainability.  Bob Willard, author of three books including his latest The Sustainability Champion's Guidebook will partner with Ken Melamed, Mayor of the Resort Municipality of Whistler to help answer the questions: what do you communicate to make a sustainability pitch compelling and relevant to your audience?  How do you connect the dots between what is relevant from one individual to another, and what language will influence them to change their behaviour?

Bob’s extensive knowledge and research in the area will highlight the need for multiple vocabularies to gear your communications to your audience with relevant language.  Mayor Ken Melamed does this regularly when speaking with communities, businesses, and to the Olympic organizers.  Ken will share his experiences in communicating sustainability effectively to help influence behaviour change.

Bob and Ken will also invite participants to share successes and challenges and discuss burning issues on trying to communicate sustainability successfully to various audiences as a change agent.

If you have any specific topics that you would like the speakers to address in this session, please note them in the comment field during registration which will inform the agenda.
