Annie Nolan

Annie has over 20 years experience is a variety of industries including mining, heavy manufacturing, construction and management consultancies in a variety of roles predominantly in the EHS function. She has been involved in the design and implementation of management systems such as ISO 14001, 9001 and OHSAS 18001 and the implementation of IT systems to support these initiatives. She has also managed EIS approval processes for both the client and the assessment agency in Qld and NT. A significant drive has been to seamlessly integrate EHS and quality into the overall business strategy and operations, thereby removing duplication and minimising effort.

Annie has been responsible for facilitating organisational change from predominantly compliance to that which enhances the linkages between corporate responsibility and business objectives to ensure continued license to operate, provide corporate governance and maximise value to achieve a successful Triple Bottom Line. She has developed and delivered training programs related to business improvement for executive management through to operational employees with particular success at providing practical application and developing excellent rapport with attendees.
