Andrew Outhwaite

Andrew’s passions are helping groups make better decisions, and catalysing action towards sustainability. During the past four years he worked in Europe on leadership development for emerging leaders within large public companies, facilitating low-carbon cultures within
corporations, training sustainability practitioners in creative and holistic approaches to their work, research and publications on the role of coaching in sustainability and consulting to community enterprises and social entrepreneurs.

He is an experienced and creative trainer, facilitator and coach. He has a solid track record with corporate, government and third-sector audiences, designing and facilitating over fifty sustainability workshops and strategic planning sessions in the last 5 years. Andrew is trained in group facilitation (ORID, Open Space, World Cafe, Graphic Facilitation), coaching and leadership development (Integral Theory, Leadership Development Framework, Unfolding Cards) and multi-stakeholder processes (Theory U, Deep Democracy).
